Leapworld Limited is an accredited BDSP with a strong passion and interest in supporting every initiative targeting the youth’s empowerment and creating the right environment that brings the dreams and ideas of the African youth to the limelight.
Over the years, Leapworld Limited has demonstrated a penchant for empowering youths towards creating jobs, increasing incomes, and improving living conditions for communities and individuals through her employability projects.
One of such projects has been in partnership with The United States African Development Foundation ( USADF)-Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) which seeks to promote long-term and self-sustaining development among youth.
The United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is an independent U.S. government agency that focuses on supporting grassroots economic development initiatives in Africa. It was established in 1980 as part of the U.S. government’s efforts to promote sustainable development and economic growth in African countries. USADF operates under the premise that local communities and entrepreneurs in Africa possess the knowledge and creativity needed to drive their own development.
Leapworld Limited also demonstrated its strong emphasis on youth and women empowerment and ownership, through training, up skilling and business support, thus enabling USADF to achieve its objective of fostering economic growth and reducing poverty at the grassroots level, building resilient economies that can withstand challenges and create lasting change.
