Leapworld Limited is a multi-sectoral competency development, consulting, empowerment, human resources development, training, employability development, youth and women empowerment, and business management organization. We support medium and large enterprises in the areas of capacity building, HR services, Competency Assessment, Training, Business & Process Re-engineering, Strategy, and General Management Consulting Services. Whilst we provide business development support services for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in HR, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Enterprise Development Trainings, Mentoring, Coaching, Hand-Holding, Capacity Building & Advisory Services.  We help the MSMEs access finance, access markets, aggregate, develop high growth business models, strategy and build capacity for growth and sustainability. We also have a media studio for content development and production, a business hub, and workspace services; conceptualize and manage impactful projects.

Our company is a business development service provider for MSMEs on the growth employment (GEM) project funded by the World Bank and supported by the federal ministry of industry trade and investment. We are also a National category business development service provider (BDSP) for Bank of Industry (BOI) Nigeria MSME customers and prospects. In addition, we are a BDSP and Certified Training Partner on the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) project, and the United States Africa Development Foundation (USADF) employability project. We are an accredited Centre for Management Development (CMD) Nigeria firm and a United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) HP Learning Initiatives for Entrepreneurs (HP-LIFE) partner firm. These appointments came after a rigorous short-listing process based on several assessments, tests (written and practical), World Bank-supported workshops, our capacity, track records, and strategic alliances. We have been at the forefront of MSMEs development, advocacy, conceptualized and project managed an annual United Nations MSMEs Day Celebration Program partnering with key stakeholders in Nigeria since 2018.

We have a pool of knowledgeable, dynamic trainers and consultants, with varied experience and expertise cutting across the various sector of the economy. The group has been constituted to provide generic and specialized Capacity Improvement Programs and Processes to our clients. Leapworld is also in a strategic alliance with China Europe International Business School (CEIBS); Prixim Consulting UK, RSL Derivatives, and Bank of Industry (BOI).
